Free 14 Day Returns and Resizing

At Robert Cliff Master Jewellers, we offer a 14 day return so that you can make sure your purchase is just right. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 14 days for an exchange or refund (fees apply). We take pride that our jewellery is produced with exceptional standards! All returns must be in original condition and returned with any Diamond Certificates. (A fee of $250 will be applied if Diamond Certificate is not returned with goods).

EXCLUDING and does not apply to one off / or custom designed orders.

Within 60 days of shipment we also offer one complimentary resizing for all our ring styles.

If you resize your ring at the time of your purchase, any subsequent resizes will be subject to fees. For orders shipped outside Australia, the US, Canada, and the UK we do not offer free ring resizing or free returns due to potential taxes being levied.

Please note that returned items must be in their original, unworn condition and accompanied by all original documentation including diamond certificates and packaging. Due to their personalised nature, the following orders are non returnable:

Non returnable items

  • Items that are damaged, Please note that returned items must be in their original, unworn condition and with original paperwork and packaging.
  • Items that have previously been exchanged.
  • Custom designed jewellery and or one off designs. If a piece is cancelled during production, you will forfeit your deposit.
  • Loss of documents (Diamond certificates and appraisals that came with the jewellery)
  • Packages without a return shipping authorisation number or packages that were refused delivery will not be accepted for refund
  • If you go over the 3 month Lay-by period and cancel you will lose your deposit.

After we receive the returned order, our Quality Assurance department will inspect and verify the condition of the item.

Returns take approximately seven business days to process upon receipt of the item.

Robert Cliff Master Jewellers will refund the original purchase amount of the item via the mode of payment used in the original purchase, with the exception of bank wire payments..

Packages without a return shipping authorisation number or packages that were refused delivery will not be accepted for refund and are subject to a minimum restocking charge of 20% of purchase price and all merchant fees incurred.

Return shipping authorisations are active for seven days from the date of issue and packages must be shipped during the active time period of your return shipping authorisation.

To request another return shipping authorisation. All requests for refunds must be in writing via email.

Any returns showing signs of wear or those that have been resized, or damaged in any way or without original documentation including diamond certificates will not be accepted for return. Improperly packaged or uninsured items will be refused receipt.
