Coverage
This warranty is limited to the repair and/or replacement, at the discretion of Robert Cliff Master Jewellers, of defective or non-compliant product.
Robert Cliff Master Jewellers shall not be responsible for the failure of the product to execute specified functions, damages such as missing stones or any other non-conformance caused by or attributable to:
- any misuse of the product;
- your neglect of, abuse of, or accident to, the product;
- extreme wear and tear of the product;
- work (including but not limited to sizing, setting stones, repairs, re-polish etc.) on the Robert Cliff Master Jewellers product that has damaged or impacted Robert Cliff Master Jewellers material or
- workmanship negatively;
- any workmanship or repair work done by any other party other than an RCMJ Master Jeweller.
Robert Cliff Master Jewellers, crafts and distributes designer rings without centre stones. Since we do not provide the centre stone, Robert Cliff Master Jeweller’s warranty does not apply to your centre stone in the event it is lost or damaged at any time. Robert Cliff Master Jewellers recommends that you always have an insurance policy in place to protect your centre stone.
Process
In the very rare circumstance you do notice a defect in your ring; RCMJ must be informed within 30 days of the receipt.
Disclaimer
Robert Cliff Master Jewellers shall not be liable for any other damages, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, whether in an action in contract or tort (including negligence and strict liability), such as, but not limited to, loss of anticipated profits or benefits resulting from, or arising out of, or in connection with the use of the product or inability to use the same.
