We offer complimentary express shipping on all Australian orders. Every order is delivered via a trusted, trackable courier service to ensure secure, fast delivery at no extra cost.


2. FULLY INSURED & TRACKED DELIVERY

Your jewellery is fully insured from dispatch to delivery as part of our complimentary service.
Each order includes real-time tracking so you can monitor your delivery from our workshop to your doorstep.


3. DELIVERY TIMES (AU)

Standard Australian delivery is typically 2–5 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.
Delivery times may vary during peak periods.


4. CUSTOM & HANDCRAFTED ITEMS

Certain products — especially custom, bespoke, handcrafted or made-to-order pieces — may have longer dispatch timelines.
These estimated timelines are displayed on the individual product page prior to purchase.


5. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer worldwide shipping where available.

  • International delivery fees and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.

  • Additional import duties, taxes or customs charges may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Every international order includes tracking; insurance may be optional or automatically included depending on the destination and carrier.


6. SIGNATURE REQUIRED ON DELIVERY

For all insured shipments — domestic and international — a signature from an adult (18+) is generally required at the delivery address.
This helps prevent loss or theft and supports insurance claim requirements.


7. PACKAGING & SECURITY

We take extra care in packaging all jewellery with protective materials.
For security reasons, external packaging does not disclose contents or brand information.


8. SHIPPING INSURANCE COVERAGE

Your order is insured for the full value declared to the courier, covering loss, theft or damage during transit.
Insurance claims must be supported by tracking data and proof of damage or non-delivery, as per the carrier’s policy.


9. DELIVERY ISSUES & CLAIMS

If your order is:

  • Lost in transit

  • Damaged during shipping, or

  • Fails to arrive within a reasonable timeframe

Please contact us promptly so we can assist with an insurance claim and resolution.


10. RETURNS & SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping for returns or exchanges is treated separately under our Refund & Returns Policy.
In most cases, return shipping costs back to us are the responsibility of the customer.

You might also consider adding these clauses if you want even stronger protection and clarity:

A. PO BOXes and Parcel Lockers

Express and insured shipping may require a street address — PO Boxes may not be eligible for full insured delivery.

B. Pre-Delivery Checks

You agree that we will not be liable for incorrect delivery if the shipping address provided at checkout is inaccurate.

C. Customs Fees & Import Duties (International)

Any fees applied by customs in your destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.
