While a standard retail ring is often mass-casted, an RCMJ masterwork undergoes over 15 hours of individual hand-refining by seasoned bench jewellers.

Design And Digital Blueprint

Metal selection And preparation

  • Each ring begins with the careful selection of high-quality precious metals, chosen for their purity, durability and long-term wear performance.
  • Only metals that meet 95-99.9% purity standards, depending on the alloy are approved for fine jewellery creation.
  • Alloys formulations are tested to increase scratch and deformation resistance by up to 40% compared to standard commercial blends.

Casting The Foundation

  • Once the metal is finalised, the design progresses into the casting stage, where the concept is transformed into solid form.
  • The perfected 3D model is converted into a precise wax prototype using advanced casting technology, achieving replication accuracy of up to 99% from the original digital design.
  • Molten precious metal is poured into the mould under controlled temperature and pressure conditions often exceeding 1,000 degree celsius, to ensure uniform flow and complete cavity filling.

Metal and Refinement

Stone Selection And Setting

  • We move beyond bulk sourcing. Every single diamond and gemstone is individually inspected by our seasoned specialists to ensure it possesses a unique “inner fire.”

Final Polish

  • Each ring passes through five to seven individual polishing stages, ensuring consistent brilliance across all angles and surfaces.

Quality Assurance

  • CAD modals are reviewed for proportion, balance, and structural integrity before the production begins.
  • All settings are examined under magnification to confirm precise alignment, secure claws, and correct tension.
  • Each ring undergoes detailed inspection for polish consistency, symmetry, and flawless surface finishing.
  • Experienced jewellers perform a final in-house review before approval, ensuring the ring meets our craftsmanship standards.
