ORDERS ARRIVE WITHIN 2–5 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER CHECKOUT

Each piece is carefully inspected, securely packaged, and promptly dispatched to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. You’ll receive tracking details once your order ships, allowing you to monitor its journey from our workshop to your doorstep. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

RETURNS
- Returns accepted within 15 days of delivery or collection
- Items must be unworn, unaltered, and returned with all original packaging and documents
- Refunds are processed within 4–7 business days after inspection

- Custom-made jewellery is non-refundable
- Earrings are non-returnable
- Resized or engraved items are not eligible for return
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
EXCHANGES
- Exchanges are available within 15 days of receiving your order
- Return shipping is covered by the customer
- Exchanged items are final sale
- Custom-made pieces are not eligible for exchange
RING RESIZING
- One complimentary resize within 90 days of delivery or collection
- Additional resizing may incur a fee
- Australian customers may return rings in-store or via post
