  • Returns accepted within 15 days of delivery or collection
  • Items must be unworn, unaltered, and returned with all original packaging and documents
  • Refunds are processed within 4–7 business days after inspection

  • One complimentary resize within 90 days of delivery or collection
  • Additional resizing may incur a fee
  • Australian customers may return rings in-store or via post
