You’ll then be asked to share more information about your ideas and requirements. You’ll be assigned a personal jeweller who will review your enquiry and get in touch.
You can speak with your jeweller via email, phone call or in store consultation.
Yes. Our complimentary engraved inscription is completed by laser. If you would like an inscription added to your jewellery, we can include this in your order at no additional charge.
If an engraved ring needs to be resized a second time and re-engraved, a fee of $100 will apply for the second resize and inscription.
Yes. Depending on the design and stone availability, we may be able to fast-track certain pieces.

Yes — if you have inherited, purchased or received your diamonds elsewhere, we can still create your bespoke ring.
If you’re considering one of our designs, you can visit our showroom to view it or something similar. We can also provide videos and CAD visuals during the design process.
